Christiansen Implement Celebrates Remodeling Completion

 Christiansen Implement has just finished an extensive remodeling project which has enhanced the appearance of the building and has brought the implement business to a new level of class and sophistication. From the beautifully designed exterior to the practical and spacious interior designed by owner Valorie Hoybjerg, the business remodel is a vibrant contribution to the western entrance into American Falls. Magnolia's is a one stop shop for hair care, full service nails and pedicures, bodywork and massage, and exercise facilities. The business is owned by Amy K Larsen, who is the entrepreneur who opened the business with help from her loyal customers. Reflextions Salon and Fitness center is a new business in American Falls featuring a fitness club, hair salon, and nail salon. The center has four stylists available for full hair and nail services. Health West Opens New Clinic in Aberdeen

Aberdeen Health West Medical Clinic Grand Opening

Senator Mike Crapo was the guest of honor and officially cut the ribbon marking the opening of the new Health West Medical Clinic in Aberdeen. The groundbreaking for the clinic occurred last summer, and the building was completed in August of this year. The new clinic was made possible by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the USDA Rural Development Community Facility program, as well as numerous contributions from local individuals and businesses. Since the opening of the clinic on August 9^th there have been 400 patient visits. Health West in Aberdeen will offer a variety of services including prenatal care. Idaho State University residency students participate in training at the clinic each Friday to help meet the need for women’s health care. There is enough on-site and traveling staff to service up to 40 people per day at the clinic. The clinic has 3,300 square feet on the main floor and offers a play area for children. Health West provides service to all regardless of ability to pay. Free and discounted prescriptions are also available through Health West. Great Rift Business Development Organization Director, Kristen Jensen, is also excited about the clinic. “Quality healthcare in a modern facility is an asset to a community, and the new clinic will serve as a catalyst for growth in the small, rural town of Aberdeen.” The clinic is open year round, from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
