John Campbell opened Quality Meats located at 485 N. 3rd E. in Aberdeen. The business is open from 8-5 M-F and 8-1 on Saturday. John is a custom butcher, with 12 years of experience working for Albertsons. He will cut and custom wrap all types of animals such as elk, moose, beef, lamb, etc. He makes jerky, salami, and pepperoni. The shop also has fresh meats available for purchase. The business is a family owned and operated venture.
